This workshop will follow an open systems approach, meaning that the
delegates will dictate the pace. The trainer will adapt according to
the individual needs of the group. A ‘small teams’ policy
will ensure that each of you receives a high level of personal service.
Resulting in more time focused on what you really need. Each delegate
will have the opportunity to present and receive optional feedback.
Developing skills in 2 days that have taken 30 years to master.
In a safe and co-coaching atmosphere delegates will
have the opportunity to demonstrate presentation skills throughout the
2 days. At the end of the workshop all of these tools will be made available
to course participants for their own use.
