Vince O’Farrell
Vince has delivered a variety of complex projects & programmes over the last 20 years for a wide range of Blue Chip businesses including Shell, Accenture, Barclays, Tesco, National Grid, Lex and Wincanton. He has also undertaken a number of projects in the SME sector. Whilst studying at Warwick Business School Vince won the Warwick Business School & Barclay’s Venture Capital prize for innovation.

Vince holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, is a Chartered Management Accountant and a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is also a Registered Practitioner of the OGC’s PRINCE2 and MSP certifications.

Wendy Gault
Wendy has more than 15 years of project, programme and line management experience in the Health Care Sector. Wendy developed her project management and leadership skills directing large customer facing teams in the NHS where she gained extensive experience of strategic development and delivery of customer solutions to a demanding public.

Wendy holds an MBA from Birmingham Business School and is a Chartered Physiotherapist. She is also a Registered Practitioner of the OGC’s PRINCE2 and MSP certifications.

Jon Bowmer
Jon has been actively involved in performance, presentations and training for the last 20 years. Jon has appeared on channel 4’s show The Big Breakfast presenting his own one-off slot; he has also won 5 national awards for his television work and has run his own theatre company. His training clients have included Microsoft, Hyde Aero, IBM, Bournemouth University and Portsmouth University.

Jon has developed an online people management system ‘The Hub’ which won the HEACF outstanding project award 2005.Jon is currently project managing a National rollout of the system.

Jon is a regular trainer for Pegasus NLP and Bournemouth University, he has organised several NLP conferences and large training events and is currently running Master Classes in NLP.

Jon holds an Applied Psychology & Computing Degree from Bournemouth University is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP.

Nikki Hopkins
Nikki Hopkins has over 15 years service and training development experience from a range of organisations including Barclays Bank, where she supported the development of a Shared Service Centre and the NHS. Nikki has also supported a number of system implementations such as SAP R3 Financials and Oracle Financials with JHP Training Ltd.
Nikki is a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Steve Budd
Steve has more than 20 years project & programme management experience working in senior positions in both IT and Finance for a range of Blue Chip organisations including National Grid, Lloyds bank and ING Barings, where he was Executive Vice-President IT. He has also worked in interim management positions for start-up manufacturing and service organisations.

Steve is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
